Philippe Capelle

Philippe Capelle plays an important role in the investment strategy and portfolio management at Rosen Group Private Wealth Management. Since beginning his career in financial services in 1989, Philippe has held influential roles at leading financial institutions, such as Standard Life Investments. He has also served as a Senior Portfolio Manager for some of Canada’s largest pension funds, notably the Caisse de Dépôt et Placement du Québec (CDPQ). Most recently, Philippe was a Portfolio Manager at FDP Private Wealth Management, where he specialized in creating tailored investment solutions for physicians and dentists.

A recognized authority in his field, Philippe was a regular guest on BNN’s Business Day and its Commodities and Market Call segments, offering expert commentary on market trends and investment strategies.

Philippe earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) from HEC Montréal and holds both Chartered Public Accountant (CPA) and Chartered Financial Analyst (CFA) designations, underscoring his deep expertise in financial management.

Beyond his professional achievements, Philippe is a devoted father, an avid scuba diver, and a passionate long-distance runner.
