Address Change

Please send our Client Servicing team an email at [email protected] providing your name, your new address and the effective date of the change.

Make a Contribution or Deposit

Deposits can be made by online bill payment with your local financial institution. You must set up the payee as Raymond James LTD,  the Raymond James account number would be the full account number for the specific account where you would like to deposit the funds. As well, please send our Client Servicing team an email at [email protected] to advise us of the incoming deposit.

Otherwise, you can make a cheque payable to Raymond James Ltd, indicate the account number where you would like the funds deposited, and mail the cheque to either our Pointe-Claire office or Yorkville office.

RRSP Contribution Room

To find out the amount of registered retirement savings plan (RRSP) contributions you can deduct on your current-year return—and if it applies, any unused contributions available for you to claim, by phoning the CRA Tax Information phone service at 1-800-267-6999 or online at

TFSA Contribution Room

Knowing how much contribution room you have available in your tax-free savings account (TFSA) will help you take maximum advantage of tax-sheltered growth potential, and also help you avoid over-contribution penalties. If you have multiple TFSAs, your combined contributions off all of them cannot exceed your available contribution room.
