Roberta Louise Gold

Roberta brings more than 30 years of experience in the Canadian wealth management industry, with extensive experience in regulatory compliance, branch supervision, operations, and advisor support.

Throughout her career, including more than 20 years in branch supervision and operations and roles with CIBC Wood Gundy, Roberta has worked closely with advisors, branch management, and Head Office teams to support regulatory compliance, manage operational risk, and contribute to effective day-to-day branch operations.

Known for her sound judgment, practical approach, and collaborative style, Roberta values building trusted relationships, strengthening operational processes, and helping advisors and their teams work effectively while maintaining strong regulatory and operational standards.

Outside of work, Roberta enjoys spending time with her daughter and her partner. Her interests include live jazz, film and television, and maintaining an active lifestyle through walking and fitness.
