After 22 years of dedicated service, Rosie LeBlanc continues to play a pivotal role within the firm, leading the Marketing Department while also serving as Executive Assistant to our CEO and Founder, Lewis Rosen. Her longstanding tenure is a testament to her unwavering commitment, exceptional work ethic, and invaluable contributions to the firm’s continued success.

Following her university graduation, Rosie embarked on an entrepreneurial journey, successfully managing her own business for over a decade. She brings with her extensive expertise in accounting and business operations, which led to her selection by Lewis Rosen to lead the marketing initiatives at Rosen Group Private Wealth Management. Through her leadership, Rosie has developed and executed a highly successful client outreach strategy and curated a series of distinguished, high-profile events that have elevated the firm’s presence across Canada—all while maintaining an unwavering focus on client experience.

Her innovative approach to marketing continues to foster strong, lasting relationships within the firm’s client base, reflected in consistently high levels of engagement, satisfaction, and client feedback.

In her expanded role, Rosie will continue to cultivate a culture of excellence, efficiency, and collaboration, supporting the firm’s ongoing growth and success under her capable leadership.

Outside of her professional achievements, Rosie enjoys a fulfilling personal life, including a long-standing marriage since 1984, raising twin sons, and a passion for travel.
